In the shower, apply Sensorial Body Wash to the body and work into a rich lather. Using Body Toning Cup, press down on cup and apply to skin to create suction. Move cup in circular motions along body, targeting areas like the thighs and abdomen. Start with light suction to start and build up pressure. For best results, use cup regularly.

    Ouch

    Gentle pressure results in not feeling anything/slipping off but mild pressure creates a vacuum that hurts!

    Would be great to have some more instructional videos/suggestions. I'm sure it's great when you find the exact right pressure.

    Omg I absolutely love this toning cup. I use it every time I take a shower. I also use it before I go to bed. I had a little body oil and work my legs, arms and belly. Absolutely love it!

    It works great with the body wash, and I can definitely see and feel the difference it's made since I've started using it. Overall, I love it and would recommend it to everyone.
