    Never received order or replacement

    Ordered product on January 3rd. I never received the product so I emailed customer service on January 17th and they sent a replacement on January 20th. It’s now January 31st and I still haven’t recieved any my order. If I check shipping a label was made but USPS never recieved the package so this is an issue of Cyklar being incompetent and simply not fulfilling orders. Will never order from them again. This is borderline a scam.
