SKINCARE INGREDIENTS:

MULTI-LIPID COMPLEX Skin-mimetic lipid composition that hydrates skin while reinforcing barrier function.

CERAMIDE NP Moisturizes skin while improving skin texture.

HOW TO USE IN SHOWER: After cleansing, turn off water. Apply oil balm directly onto wet skin and massage. Do not rinse. Towel dry as normal.

HOW TO USE OUT OF SHOWER: Can be used as a multi-purpose moisturizer. Massage onto dry areas like cuticles, elbows, knees and heels as needed.

    Warning - It comes half empty

    I got this in the bundle with the lactic acid polish, and was disappointed that it is half full. I’ve purchased almost every product from the brand, and all of them have been full, so this was disappointing and I thought probably an error.

    I reached out to customer service about it and they said that it is adequately full (no, but ok). So they said I could return it but they weren’t going to guarantee me a more full one if I returned it and repurchased it. Very disappointing, and definitely not going to spend money on something that’s half empty again.

    We have to leave a specific amount of space from the top of the tube when crimping the tube closed (after filling it) to protect the formula. We fill weight verify all products to ensure the amount listed on the tube is what is in the tube. I hope this helps clarify!

    Tube came only 2/3 full. dissapointing!

    When I removed the tube from the box it came in I felt air taking up a 1/3 of the package. Its a little expensive when you only get 2/3 of the product. Love the scent but lack of product in the tube not so much. I did reach out to company and hope they will do right by me, will update when they reply.
