    Horrible customer service & not travel friendly

    I’ve been a longtime fan of this brand and even gift their products to friends, which made this experience especially disappointing. I purchased two travel-size body washes for my honeymoon, and both leaked despite the lids being fully closed and screwed on. The soap spilled throughout my toiletry bag and damaged other items, including new makeup I had purchased for the trip.

    I reached out with photos and video evidence, but the company declined to offer a refund or replacement. Unfortunately, between the defective packaging and lack of customer support, both products were a complete waste.

    I received two of the refills and one of them them came opened and damaged with more than half of the content wasted in the box.

    Absolutely perfect

    The smell of this is amazing, its an unisex sent ( maybe a hint masculine/musk but i prefer that). Im also very sensitive to smells where i will get a headache and i had none of that. Great buy to use for household, You only need one pump on a wash cloth, African net sponge and it lathers very well. I purchased this early December and its now august its still going strong. If i was only doing 1 pump in the beginning this probably would last 9 months? Im so exited to finish this bottle and maybe try a new scent? Maybe ill stick to the same? But ill be buying this body wash solely forever
